Only the mid-joints of the chicken wings are used in this package. The Buffalo Hot Sauce is made with a premium blend of aged cayenne peppers to add a kick of heat and whole lot of flavor to these wings. These wings are easy to grill, fry, cook, barbecue without the need to skewer them.
