Delivery

We charge a delivery of $25 for orders below $180. FREE delivery for orders above S$180; while its $250 during peak period (Christmas / New Year). There is no delivery to Sentosa. For specific delivery time request, an additional $50 will be charged. Please call us to arrange. We can only deliver to the nearest car park for pick up at:

• East Coast Park
• D’Resort
• Pasir Ris Park
• Aranda Country Club

Note: No delivery to BBQ pits.

Time of Delivery

Our customer service will advise the delivery time slot, depending on your delivery location. Please be contactable and be available during this time slot. If no one is there to receive the goods despite us calling or you are uncontactable during time of delivery, your goods will be void and forfeited. Any last minute changes to reschedule delivery time will be chargeable at $50, subject to the availability of the delivery driver on duty.
You can place an order for Specific Delivery Time Request (except peak period) at S$50 per request. Subject to our confirmation, we will deliver to your required time within half hour before or after the requested time

Other Pointers

• Orders must be placed 2 days in advance.
• For orders through website, we will contact you to confirm the order within the next working day. Do give us a call if you did not hear from us.
• We reserve the rights to change the prices stated without prior notice
• Kindly review your order before making payment as no changes or cancellation is allowed upon payment

Return Policy

We strive to provide the best customer satisfaction with our
products. However, if you have doubts with your purchase, we can only
provide a one-to-one exchange, provided you bring the doubtful item back
to us (even if it was opened). We ask for your understanding and
cooperation with our return policy.
